Highcroft has some larger lots but the price is correlated to lots size and square footage (over ,500 sq ft or so). We are looking in W Cary and we find that the houses around $500k and up have bigger lot sizes, but you are also paying for a bigger house. Most builders are not using larger lots on smaller sq. ft. homes.
