Question Looking for antique book repair

An elderly neighbor has asked me to help her find someone that can repair and antique type book. She has a tintype that was her great-great-grandmothers photograph from the 1860's. The book-like cover that held it is decorative leather and closes like a book. Her grandson tore the spine and she is really upset since it has been in almost perfect condition all this time. She has family in the Raleigh area and would like to take it personally instead of mailing it out of state. It is very precious to her and if anyone knows of a local area, please let me know. Thanks in advance.
