I'm trying to find land in Wake County that I could purchase.
Preferably land that is zoned for rv or mobile home.
I would prefer northern wake. If not possible in wake county,
are there outer counties such as johnston, etc where I could
look for non restricted land?

Thanks

have you tried willow spring--it's wake county.. but not northern. It's between fuquay varina and 40 . there are lots for sale that are zoned for double wides ...also angier which is Johnston county. You may try one of the land / home packages that are offered. Search for new manufactured homes in raleigh nc and that should bring you to several different businesses that deal with them. I bought in willow spring and love it.

There is some land in Northern Wake County off Purnell Rd. They allow trailers there. It's considered Wake Forest. The S/D is called Willow Creek. You can find some listings on Realtor.com. You can get about an acre for 15-20K.
