Default Cary/Morrisville water question

Does anyone know where I can find the watering restrictions/guidelines for Cary/Morrisville? I found Raleigh's here and elsewhere on the web, and saw some info for Cary, but not everything. We have brand new sod and I just wondered what the rules are for watering new sod. All I could find was that I can water on Wed/Fri/Sun since I have an even numbered address. IS that also true for new grass?

Also, if anyone has any advice on how to best establish this grass while simultaneously being a good water conservationist (I truly care more about the state of our drinking water than my lawn, though my HOA might disagree), I'd appreciate it.

Thanks!

You can find the Town of Cary lawn watering restrictions here: Ordinances and Polices

You can register for an exception to the alternate day rule for the purpose of establishing new grass and for seasonal reseeding. Again, Registration is required and you can do so here: Watering Permit Application

My tips:

Water either in the early morning are late evening when the temps are coolest. You waste water if you irrigate mid afternoon during the highest temps since much of the water simply evaporates.
