Hi!
I'm looking for a less expensive apt. in the area around the Rose Garden across from NCSU.
Any ideas?

What is your price range?
What kind of place are you looking for (apartment complex, duplex, house, multi-unit residence, older vs. new)?
Are there any amenities that you absolutely must have (cental AC, W/D, hookups, storage space, etc.)?
Does it have to be by the Rose Garden?
What kind of environment do you want (professionals, college students, quiet vs. partiers, etc.)?
