We looked at a house in that subdivision, but there was a cell phone tower in the back yard. Conveniently omitted from the MLS page.

I have inspected roughly 20 of them. Nice houses, convenient part of town, built better than average.

I just bought a house in that development. I looked at two houses, 1 90% completed and the other was 3 years old. I think my house is great quality and construction.

The cell phone tower blends in over time and you don't see it unless you look up I think if you where directly adjecent there might be a noise issue since it's got power and a small building there which I am sure has AC in the summer.
