In the Raleigh area does anyone know of any nice 55+ communities that might be willing to accept a couple w/o kids who are not quite 55? Sounds simple, but so far all of the homeowner's boards we've spoken with are not interested. We're interested in moving down from Philadelphia.

Do some of the retirement communities allow a small percentage of residents under 55? My inlaws mentioned their community in Tucson accepts some people in their 40's.
At Carolina Preserve in Cary, there is a percentage of buyers that are allowed to be 50-54, instead of the 55+, but the other rules of no children under 19 still apply..

You always hear about kids making fake IDs so they can get into the clubs and bars. I'm sensing a new market for fake IDs forming. I'm good with Photoshop - maybe I can help .
