Default Commercial properties?
I have a friend who is looking for a small retail space to purchase. Possibly a retail space with a live in section, like the old apartment upstairs and business down. Not a lease, but a purchase. Any ideas on where to look? All he can find are places to lease. Thought I would post here to see if it would help.
