I was just in this store today. I can't believe this crap is happening there.

I was driving from the mall around that time and I saw the police cars in front of HH Gregg. I was going to stop by super target but decided to keep moving. Glad I did...sheesh.

And the sad fact is, as the economy gets worse, you will see more and more of this. I predict in the next 12 months many of us will be forced to protect ourselves as unemployment nears 12-15% this time next years, yes even here in the Triangle. For those of you who do not know what 12-15% unemployment is? It means if you need a job, of any type, there is none.

Hmmm, hadn't noticed anything serious going on when I arrived at Southpoint at 4pm Sunday. I saw an officer or two walking about, but nothing more.

Keep us posted on any update links regarding the victim and any arrests, anyone.

The N & O reports this morning that the shooting occurred outside - the victim was found in the woods behind the store. Doesn't sound like the store was robbed or that it had anything to do with our area's unemployment rates.
