Their teaching philosophy is that they do....it's in their handbook that questioning of answers is not allowed in the classroom. They consider that 'progressive' education.

It may be a good school for some families...but the OP needs to look at the entire picture. (Including that they have had a volunteer convicted of sex offenses against students just last year.)

We have been there a long time and I am very familiar with the handbook and I have no idea what you are talking about with " no questioning of answers and progressive stuff"
Their handbook is on their website so perhaps you could find the part about no questioning of answers.
I love that they expect the students to respect the teachers and each other. Personally I think things were better when that used to be taught in all schools .

His kids are happy in our wonderful Wake Forest public schools (part of Wake county).

They do not use corporal punishment at NRCA. They do at RCA.

Oh good grief. No offense but where are you getting this stuff? All volunteers have to go through a full background check.

As for questing answers...again I'm not sure where that is coming from. They don't allow students to talk back or be disrespectful to teachers but they do not discourage critical thinking and discussion.

There is no fact in any of these accusations. It sounds to me like someone has a vendetta against the school.

That is where his children went two years ago and he stated he pulled them out because they use corporal punishment. .
It seems you were confusing RCA which uses corporal punishment
with NRCA on Perry Creek Rd which does not use corporal punishment.
ps. Be sure when you say you are sure, that you are really sure
