I had clients that stayed in these apts. about a year ago, when they were brand new. They overlooked the lake and loved it there! They enjoyed the trails, as well. I thought their rent was quite pricey but it was overlooking the lake! I'm sure you can call and get that information. Since they came from Calif., they thought the rent was reasonable!

The two bedroom/two bath units START at $1,100/month... and don't bother negotiating them down or asking about their "special", because they don't have one.

They are quite nice, but a good $250-300/month more than what you would pay for other very nice 2+2's in the area. Personally, I believe that money can be better spent elsewhere (upgrade your auto, home theater system, whatever) rather than throwing it away on something you don't own.
