I would choose either California Pizza Kitchen at Southpoint Mall, Rudino's in Southpoint Crossing, or Randy's Pizza near the intersection of Garrett Rd and Hope Valley Rd.
California Pizza Kitchen is pretty decent. Rudino's has good flavor. Randy's is good if you don't mind not eating the crust. The crust is pretty hard.
Just remembered! Tomato's Jake has pretty good pizza as well. They are in the shopping center with Doc Green's and Target. I would definitely order ahead there. They can be slow. Love their pizza.

Reason: forgot Tomato Jake's
Bocci is pretty good. Just a slight warning there, the Deep dish is pretty heavy. Yes, it's deep dish so that's kind of the point, but I thought it was slightly heavier than Uno's.
Very tasty though, I enjoy going to Bocci.
And as always, Randy's is my favorite NY style pizza so far.
I had some really bad pizza at that California Pizza Kitchen - godawful - though I do buy their takeout margarita one all the time.
