I have 2 kids in WCPSS, and even though I'm in a relatively expensive home, I don't pay my fair share for the cost of their education (I don't think I do, at least; perhaps I should figure out the wake count expenditure/pupil, as well as state and federal).
Point is, you can likely line item ANY item you particularly like it don't like, and claim you pay more than your share. Even, as unpossible as it seems, a $700 property tax renter.

You don't, virtually no one does. Commercial and industrial development is what pays the bill...thats one reason economic development is so important and so hotly contested. Jobs being the other reason, of course.
LEGALLY, no the renters do not pay property taxes but in their rent they do.The only one who gets a deduction for paying the tax is the LL. Why must you keep fight your point uncle chupelo? Even Trump knows the benefits of being a LL. It's all set up to help anyone in business and even more so if you are a big wheel.
