I wondered that too. Seems they left a tiny buffer of trees so my guess is another apartment complex....

I think its going to be townhouses maybe ...... there are already like 4 apartment complexes right along that road to it has to be Townhouses or a shopping center of some sort .... right!?!?? right !?!??!?

I hope it's a shopping center, because shopping centers is what this area is desperately lacking.

LOL, yes it's lacking apartments, shopping, AND townhomes! I love Southpoint but I could never live in that part of town. I need peace and quiet. I dare someone to develope a neighborhood with trees and larger lots, like a modern Woodcroft. Pricey
