Has anyone dealt with Raleigh Pathology before? (insurance, bill)

I was in the hospital last August and evidently Raleigh Pathology does all the lab work for Wake Med hospitals and it was included in the Wake Med bill with a special note on the bill that Wake Med uses raleigh Pathology and any charges from them would be included on my Wake Med bill (which there were several).

But several weeks later I received a separate bill from Raleigh Path and I called them asking them to send the claim to my ins.company. They took all my insurance info again and that was the last I heard from them (October 28th). I called my insurance company the same day and they said no claims had been filed by them. I have been waiting on an EOB from the insurance company for several weeks. Now they have a darned collections agency calling me 5 times a day and leaving no message, which irritates me to no end! I called my ins company AGAIN and they said they received no claim from Raleigh Pathology and no indication that I have any balance pending anywhere. I was planning on physically heading down to their offices tomorrow with my ins company's fax number in hand and make sure they file the claim while I sit in their office. Has anyone else had any bad experiences with them? I'm not sure what to expect!
