What are the good and safe rental apartments near RTP . I'll be moving to RTP in April 2007 for a job.

NCSUAlum2006 is on a distinguished road
Edinborough at the Park -- it's off the Miami Blvd. exit, make a right, go down about .3 miles, and it's in behind / beside the Marriott. 2 pools on site, gated, safe, and literally like 4-5 MINUTES to RTP. Literally. Cheapest prices for proximity to RTP, nice housing, and safety that we could find. Our pals that worked at RTP stayed there all of last year and we loved coming over...great place.

Comedian is on a distinguished road
The Hamptons at 54 / 55 is excellent as well - literally a stones throw from RTP and just 2 miles down the road from the Streets at Southpoint
