I was watching the show because my daughter knows Heba. That is amazing how they do that boot camp. I would have probably been a baby and quit when they start yelling at me like they do. :-)

Thanks for the link to Humble Pie, NRG! They have Shrimp 'n Grits (yes, I'm still obsessing over this marvelous creation of the Gods!)

In the segment, they said that Humble Pie has now created a section of the menu for Ed's "healthy creations." Wonder when they will start serving those? I'm always in the market for new, interesting and healthy recipes.

watch every season/cycle...the stories each cycle are amazing along with the weight loss...really motivates me to move my 180lb 6'1 body to exercise more...if they can do it, I have no excuse to keep fit! I was happy Raleigh was represented well, in terms of weight loss on the show. Congrats to Ed & Heba, Heba for winning the 100k and congrats to Michelle, the 250k winner, and to all who put such hard work and determination to lose the weight that they have. I wish everyone continued success to keep healthy after the show as well. The new cycle kicks off Tuesday, 01/06/09, watch or set your dvr's.
