Where to go for good drinks (Durham, Welcome: theatre, restaurant, stores)

In February of 2009 I will be going to a show at the Durham Performing Arts Theatre address:American Tobacco District

I was wondering if anyone knew a good place to good a beer before the show something not outrageously expensive?
