3% to 4% is about right. You're right about the layoffs mentioned in the pharm industry.

Why does everybody get so heated over these articles posted? I don't think the OP wants to offend anyone. We just get excited when we see articles about the area no matter what they say. I think it's fine to disagree what an article says, but I don't think it should be taken out on the OP. I'm just trying to be a peacemaker b/c I don't like to see ppl fight. Hopefully, everyone is ready to bury the hatchet.

Very interesting, cuz supposedly you ARE the OP. Interesting wording in your post, most people would just say "I didn't want to offend anyone" and not refer to themselves in third person. it almost sounds like another frequent poster !

In any case, your thread title is incorrect.
