Is it true that new home builders dont have to disclose the landfill by a reseller would?
amazing pics
I think that the newest HS development 12 oaks will be very close to it yet I have read that the home can range up to 1 million.
We are close but not visible and normally do not smell it. Trust me 12 oaks is worth it. Very nice development and no garbage.

I live about a mile (as the crow flies) from the landfill, and have for about 7-1/2 years. I've NEVER smelled it. The only time it's even occurred to me that it's there is when I catch a quick glimpse on the on ramp from 55 to get on 540. Incidentally, I laugh whenever I'm on that on ramp, because on some days you can see both the landfill AND the steam clouds from the Shearon Harris cooling tower in the same view. It's like a twisted Holly Springs post card. "Wish you were here!" LOL.

The only thing in the area that smells is the water reclamation facility behind the HanDee Hugos station and Bojangles. But that's only in the very immediate area. You can't smell it from the residential areas.
