Default Spackler/Painter recommendations please

My husband and I purchased our home a little over a year ago. At the one year warranty, we asked the builder to fix the nail pops and joint seams in the wall along with a few other items. He sent in his new crew not the ones who originally painted the home. Well they have destroyed our walls. We are now in litigation with him to have them fix. We have been advised to find a contractor(s) to fix the problem. Can anyone recommend a good spackler and/or painter?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

I used Prime Coats for interior paint work at my last house and was extremely impressed by the quality and service. When it came time to move I wanted the exterior painted so I had 5 estimates which included one from Prime Coats. They weren't the cheapest but by far weren't the most expensive. They were actually right in the middle so I decided to use them again. Once again I was impressed. The paint job looked great of course. But what really impressed me was the knowledge of the owner and how he thoroughly explained why certain boards needed to be replaced. He took the time to show me what caused the damage, how it was damaged, and what would happen if I didn't remedy the situation. I've talked to friends who had paint work done and they all said the company they chose didn't do any of this. They definitely get my recommendation.
