Exclamation Has Harnett County gotten a better rap???

We are house hunting again and saw a few in Harnett County. Is Harnett county gotten any better from schools and housing resale standpoint? I see there are alot of houses close to the same price in Harnett that is the same size in the county and they are in Wake for same square footage and lot size. Would it take alot longer to sell when the time comes in Harnett then it would in Wake county? We found a great home in Wake county on a large lot but it was a modular and we did not know and was ready to put an offer on it but was worried about the stigma that surrounds a modular. It was a very nice house as well but we was concerned about resale on it as well. Any advice?
