Default Hamlet in the Park: too much airplain noise?

I noticed many new developments (like Hamlet in the Park, Twin Lakes etc.) in Morrisvile are around the airport area. Is the air plain noise a big issue?

I sold the townhouses in Hamlet In The Park, when they first opened about 4 years ago. There was a WAITING LIST to get a townhouse. My clients had to sign paperwork saying that since Morrisville was such an open area, there was no way to predict WHAT would be built in the area.

About a year ago, I re sold my clients' townhouses. They made some good appreciation and only moved to get something larger. One of my clients moved to Creedmoor and the other to North Raleigh.

There is some airplane noise and there is a train that goes by the neighborhood, occassionaly.

Twin Lakes has a bit more airplane noise, since it is in the path of flights but no one that lives there seems to mind.

Noise is subjective and some get used to it and don't even notice it anymore. It hasn't hurt values in these neighborhoods.

My client also loved Hamlet at the Park and we now have the townhome listed for sale. They also moved to much a much larger home in Creedmoor. If you work in the Park at all it is a great location.

Ohhhhh, Hamlet in the Park is a housing development. From the title I was thinking it was "Hamlet" acted out "in a park" and you were worried about airplanes interrupting the play.

Many places I've lived have had "Shakespeare in the Park" - like Lake Tahoe - and I thought it was one of those.
