Default Phelan Homes / Suncrest Village ...
Anyone know anything about Phelan Homes / Suncrest Village in 27616? Just looking for thoughts / feedback - quality of homes, any problems, etc? Cost of Electric Heat / AC / Water Heater / Range etc...Thanks!

Suncrest Village is the subdivision right before The Landings at Neuse Crossings. Nice homes. They now have a pool in the community.

What else would you like to know?
