Exclamation Place your bets! Will we actually see snow in the Triangle Tuesday morning?

"Dense fog and a few snow flurries are possible Monday morning, and much of central and eastern North Carolina could see significant snowfall overnight and through Tuesday morning."

Story: Fog Monday morning, snow tonight? :: WRAL.com

I think we will only see a dusting (1/4 of an inch or less) here in North Raleigh. We never seem to get the amount they predict (they are saying 2 inches for the Triangle). Who knows, maybe they are right this time? So what do you think?

Thumbs up A Blizzard Headed To The Triangle Tonight

Well, for some it may feel like a blizzard. Who am I to say it isn't a blizzard in someone else's mind.

In any event, even if a few inches fall, it should be interesting.

Everytime they forcast snow we get almost nothing. Had they kept their mouths shut and said we might see a flury or two then I'd be excited since thats usually when we get our big snows. Anyone remember Jan 2000, it was just supposed to be flurries, turned into over 22 inches of beautiful snow. Another one was the the big ice storm, it was just suppose to be a little freezing rain, turned into a mess with no power and total shut down for days.
