I was supposed to get something from UPS next day air yesterday. They did not make deliveries because of road conditions. Does anyone know if they will be delivering today? Thanks so much! (This is something adult must sign for and it is sort of hard having someone home all the time if it isn't coming -- I haven't been able to get information on line or by phone)

When you checked the tracking status this morning, did it say your package was "out for delivery"?

Yes I called, no information. The tracking status said "exception occured" I'm not sure what to think, I am staying home today but not sure if wasting time or what.

I saw Fedex and UPS trucks on the road today. I imagine as long as your street is clear you will see them today.

Same problem here. Scheduled overnight delivery for yesterday just shows up on tracking as "EMERGENCY CONDITIONS BEYOND UPS' CONTROL / UPS INTERNAL ACTIVITY CODE." Tried calling and UPS could only tell me the same thing. Hopefully package shows up today but you'd think given the sophistication of their outfit UPS would be able to provide a little more detail.

I think so too. Were packages loaded on trucks yesterday? The roads here don't seem bad.

I saw the same message on my UPS delivery - and then it came this afternoon. Hope everybody else got their stuff, too.
