Default see any good houses this weekend?

We're still up North here trying to sell our house. Just wondering if anyone saw any good, new listed, promising houses this weekend in the Cary/Apex/Holly Springs area?

We saw a fabulous house in Holly Springs on Friday -- and as of yesterday, it's our barring any major issues

Saw quite a few nice listings in Holly Springs aside from ours, though.

It wasn't in the Cary/Apex/Holly Springs area, but as I was driving through Falls River in N. Raleigh today I saw a homeowner hammering his FSBO sign into the ground out on the corner of his lot. Really a great looking "craftsman" style house. I drive by it everyday so I will be interested to see how long his sign is up!

The house is in great falls estates......big house, new construction, 4800 sf, listed at 589k, but it has these small white 6X6 tiles in the bathrooms, laundry, etc. The master bath is tiny, with the two sinks separate sinks with cabinets (like the nice units you would see in a 1/2 bath in this type of home), although there are two closets in the master, the "men's" closet is tiny, one rod to hang clothes on, the laundry room is an actual room that they are calling a craft room. Inside the craft room there will be bifold doors that hide the washer and dryer.

It was just crazy. Definitely not up to the par of homes in that price range in wake forest that I have seen.............the builder was showing me around and I kept thinking, what was he thinking??????

I wrote up an offer on a beautiful home in Wake Forest. Exactly what my clients wanted and we only looked at 13 homes!!! We had a blast! Vicki

I don't know if you're looking strictly for a resale but we saw some nice homes in Kittscreek.
