Tri Sports flag football is fun, but the rules are a little retarded IMO--played last season.. I heard that OFFICIAL SITE OF THE TRIANGLE AREA FLAG FOOTBALL LEAGUE - NORTH CAROLINA'S PREMIER FLAG FOOTBALL AUTHORITY is pretty good, never played in that league though.

Best league in the area by far. Just look at the website... There are 24 teams of 14 players.. 24!! The league is competitive... teams DO NOT miss games.. refs are decent and the playing fields are good.. if you want competition, this is the league for ya.. I'm on the A-List Allstars.. They have a free agent list.. so if you want to play next season, put your info up there and you'll get "drafted"

The average age for players in my league (Raleigh TAFFL) is probably 30. With players ranging ages from 18 to 50. Believe me, you'd enjoy having something to look forward to that makes you get back in the gym, and back in shape.
