I don't know what they are thinking. If they don't like their job they just need to get another one. My BIGGEST pet peeve is when someone doesn't call me back or answer my emails, thats why I am so on top of all that. I feel really bad when you email me in the morning, and I can't respond until evening. Sometimes that happens, because I am out all day with another client, but before bed that night I am answering your email, even if means it is 1am. A good agent will do that for you, or at least shoot you an email saying they will get back with you in the morning. I don't know who that agent is and don't want to know, but I say find another also. If you can't get them now at the beginning, what happens when things get sticky.
