Thanks so much for your replies on my last post. I think we should try to find another realtor. We don't have much time though, because we are coming to visit there next thursday-monday 22nd-26.

We already have a list of houses(that we put together) in order of favorites.

Any good, reliable, *responsive* realtors you can refer to me? Thanks so much!

I would start by contacting the ones that frequent this board. They all seem very helpful and knowledgeable and if they are willing to give all this info to people who aren't their clients, just imagine how helpful they will be if you are their client! I will also PM you the name of my agent in case the folks on this board are already booked up!

That is exactly what I was thinking. When the time comes I would be interested in working with a realtor on this board.

We had a wonderful realtor help us find our home in Holly Springs. She always either answered her phone (!) or returned my calls right away. I'll send you a pm with her info. Good luck!
