Does anyone recommend a nice active adult community. If my husband and I move to Cary,NC, my in laws would like to purchase a single story home in a 55+ active adult community for less then 250k, any suggestions.

Heritage Pines in Cary is popular, but the price point will stretch the folks a little.
Starting money is upper 200's, and they tend to sell quickly.

I've taken clients to Heritage Pines and Carolina Preserve and they both prefer Carolina Preserve. It may be tight to get in under $250s but worth a try! Beautiful area and like living at a Country club with all the things to do! Summer Camp for adults...gotta love it!
