Hi,

Does anyone know about state or city residency requirements for senior citizen subsidized apartments in Cary, NC?

I can't speak specifically for Cary, but in other places that have subsidized housing, there is usually a preference for people who live in the city offering the housing, but others can apply. In other words, the people already there get first pick for the housing and others can apply and receive the housing although the wait is usually a little longer.
