I made Taco Soup. Taco Soup recipe at Kraftfoods.com Served it with biscuits and grated Cheddar cheese. Wanted something quick and easy that everyone loves as we had to sign papers for our refinancing.

That looks yummy! Similar to my chili recipe but I may have to try it.

One of my kids' favorites is "Tacos in shells". Very much what it sounds like. I used to take it to pot luck dinners and everyone wanted the recipe. For those that love tacos, it is pretty much taco meat baked in the large shells with tortilla chips and cheese on top. Yummy!

Had some left over chicken so we made chicken pot pie. Covered the chicken carcass with water and added some carrots, onion, and celery and cooked it for a few hours to mke stock. Took out the chicken and pulled of the meat. Took out half the stock and added frozen veg (carrot, peas, corn) to the remaining stock; added back the chicken meat. Cooked some reux (equal parts flour and butter over medium heat for ~5 minutes) and added to pot to thicken. Poured everything into a casserole and covered it with frozen premade puff pastry (could also use the Pilsbury pizza crust). Cut a few slits so thje steam can escape and cook in the oven until crust is golden.
