Default West African store in the Raleigh area?
Does anybody know if there's a grocery store catering to a West African clientele (Senegalese, Malian, Ivory Coast, etc) in the Raleigh area?

There is an oriental store on capital blvd opposite chuck-E-cheese..they should have some W. African food products in there. Hope this helps.
