Smile Looking for a rental along Route 85 in Creedmoor and south

Hello All,

I am on the lookout for a two (2) bedroom rental in the northeast portion of Durham or in Creedmoor and south of there while still being convenient to 85. I have been looking around and am open to any suggestions from those who are familiar with the area.

As for amenities, obviously I wouldn't turn down a community pool, fitness center, some open space to get outside, but proximity to 85 is key. I am looking for a nice place that is family orientated. I don't need anything super duper fancy and would like to keep the rent around or under 600; just need a good place to call home. I'd consider renting a house if you know of any available.

Please let me know if you have any tips on where to take a closer look. Thank you for reading my first post. You all have been more than helpful in providing insight on other topics.

Good Evening All. Just wanted to check in to see if anyone has recommendations on where to focus my search or where to steer clear from. I don't believe in the generalizations that Durham is a place to avoid but every city has its neighborhoods. I think the ideal all around location would be inside 15, 55, 70, and 147 (proximity to 85). Or even to the east of the junction of 70 and 98.

Can anyone comment on the traffic if any? I would be traveling north onto 85 in mornings and back south in the evenings.

I would be interested in your thoughts and suggestions. Thanks in advance.

Any suggestions? I am going to be visiting the 21st/22nd to find a place. Hoping to get a true opinion beyond all the staged photos. Thanks for the personal messages and I'm hoping we can engage a discussion here as well to get more opinions. If I am repeating anyone or a previous thread, can you please direct me to a preestablished thread where I can find expert opinions on the geographic location I provided? Thank you.
