Default Willow Spring Area

Would like some feedback from people living in this area. Can you recommend any developments? Moved from NJ to NC about 1 1/2 years ago, near the Pinehurst area and do not like it here at all. It is too far away from everything. Like living in a quiet area, but would like to be within 30 minutes or so of Raleigh. Being close to major job areas is not important as my wife and I are both disabled. Have 3 children with the youngest entering high school next year. Oldest is at a community college, but would like to transfer to a 4-year college next year, NC State possibly, middle child to attend community college or trade school. Also and I know this is probably opening a can of worms but in Willow Spring, I notice that kids can attens high school in Wake or possible Johnston County, (West Johnston High School) most likell, any thoughts on school systems. Was looking into Millstone Ridge in Johnston County and Breyerstone in Wake County. Would also like to hear of any other developments. Willing to spend approximately $250,000 for 4 bedroom home give or take.

Bryerstone or Amary Meadows would be a better choice than Millstone. Wake Tech is nearby too.

My daughter lives in Willow Springs and really likes it.

Give Talmadge Farms in Clayton a look as well. Same builder (Adams Homes) as Bryerstone and Millstone Ridge. They offer several single story floorplans.

Default Willow Spring Area

Well I visited Bryerstone, Amary Woods and Millstone Ridge, and while i liked all three developments, I felt that Millstone Ridge, was the nicest of all three. NC Girl, why did you suggest that Breyerstone or Amary Woods would be the better choice. Not looking to have a debate, was just trying to find out if there was something you know, that I missed during my 1 day visit.

I just got back from trip to NC to look at homes. We liked both Holly Springs and Willow Spring. My favorite neighborhood I saw in our price range was the Bloomfield s/d in Willow Spring. Does anyone know who the builder is there and whether they have any s/d in Holly Springs, Apex or Cary? TIA!

I believe there are several builders in Bloomfield. My daughter lives in that community and really likes it.

My cousin lives in Waverly Point, which is off of Hwy 50. It does have a Raleigh address, but it is in Johnston County and it is great neighborhood, very quite, but not too far out from shopping, etc. They really enjoy living there.
