Default Best Family Friendly Cities in Franklin or Granville Counties

We currently live in Cary (Wake County) and, because of a change in jobs (he is now in Wake Forrest), would like to move to either Franklin or Granville county. We are not interested in living in Wake County anynore. Can anyone recommend a town (generally in southern part of each county) that would be friendly to family with two boys (ages 3 and 7)? Do not want anywhere too remote. Thanks

youngsville, in franklin county, is quite nice. they have a small library, it is close enough to wake forest that you would not be put out going shopping. There are definitely some new shopping centers popping up and some great developments as well.

I just helped some people buy a house in a new development off of 96 in youngsville, called winston ridge. very nice houses, and there is a new elementary school close by.

Good luck

Leigh
