Flooding Subdivisions? (Cary, Apex, Cameron: home, park, areas)

As a future "transplant" - could I ask the kind folks of Cary and Apex to mention their subdivisions and whether or not they were flooded?

I'm specifically a fan of Cary Park and Cameron Park - did any of these areas flood (to the extent of home damage)?

Any help you could provide would be greatly appreciated.
