Not that I am aware of. Unless there was one there before I moved here in the late 80's When and where do you think it was?

No. There was talk of building one there, but it never happened.

There was, however, one at Daniel Boone Village in Hillsborough many years ago.

If I had any questions about possible old buildings in Durham, I would contact the guy who runs the Endangered Durham blog. He's a wonderful source of info. Just search for "Endangered Durham" in any search engine & you'll find him.
