Well, I guess we'll be riding around Raleigh in the rain? Although, when they say scattered here in Ohio...you normally never see any. Hopefully it'll be about done by then. It would be easier to see things and navigate in the sun!

Are you always so mis-understood by everyone? I read you perfectly. You want to go home, your heart is not in NC. You are trying to be helpful and sometimes you come across negative, I do the same thing with AZ. I trash it sometimes and I shouldn't. It's been good here but I want to go. My heart is at Lake Norman right now.
I should say if you can afford a nice home and a nice neighborhood here in AZ it will be fine. If you don;t mind teaching your children yourself because the teachers don't teach a thing in class they send the work home for the parents to do with the kids, then everything will be fine.

yeah we are on the same page for sure. I'm not too afraid of the weather anymore, I'm going to face my fears, plus it's so beautiful there I can't resist.

i think its ok here. i used to live in orlando. theres certainly not as much in terms of shopping selection. you can see its a growing place, but growing for families not necessarily for single people. its prettier than orlando, but i cant say im jumping up and down about it. maybe other areas are nicer.

That's my attitude to. NC isn't bad, but it just isn't worth half as much of the fuss over it. People get this excited feeling in their chest about it, I know what it's like because I had it a while ago..... but then you realize that it's just a place. It's good to be excited about moving to a place obviously, but I've definitely seen a little "over excitedness" on this forum, that will ultimately lead to dissapointment.

I think we all set these expectations up and when they are not met we are let down...I remember the first time I went to disney, it was so built up and when I got there I expected more. DOn't get me wrong, it is a great place and I enjyoed it I have just learned not to expect so much from a place or person, so there will not be that let down.
