A great company for tile flooring installation in the triangle? (construction, contractors)

I want to have tile floor installed in my master bathroom....but I just got off the phone with a couple of local companies that acted like they could care less if they had my business. I contacted some companies yesterday that said they would call be back with a rough over the phone estimate...but they never called me back! You would think these companies would want business in these tough economic times. They will have to work on accountability and customer service before they will ever get my business. I only had simple questions about average per square foot installation, replacing quarter round, etc. Simple questions if you ask me. What I want is very simple: a great company or contractor that can do a very simple and small area flooring installation that is reasonable....nothing exotic or fancy! Need quality work. I do sound very young over the phone...maybe that's the problem, not sure.

I've had that trouble before with many contractors/company's. I started calling people who had good reviews on Angie's List. May be worth the money for you esp. if you plan on doing other things in the future.
