Recommendation for Endodontist in Durham/CH (Raleigh, Cary: insurance, vs., offices)

I need to consult with an endodontist for a potential root canal and since my dentist is in Cary (we've been lazy about finding a new dentist and haven't switched to someone closer yet), they only had recommendations for endodontists in Cary/Raleigh. I'd prefer to go to someone closer to home. Any recommendations? I hadn't realized that a dentist typically refers to a specialist for root canals...

Triangle endodontics, Deb Conner has offices in Durham and Garner. I recently had a root canal and two retreats. excellent work.

My husband saw Dr. Ritter for a consult. She was good but wayyyyyy and above the usual and customary fee so we went with another endontist instead.

They will file your insurance vs. you paying 100% and filing, but they have some funky rules so be careful.
