when I bought my home in November and couldnt have been any happier. None of the big brokers would come close to what he got me, and was a very honest guy. I highly recommend them. The owner is Steve Satterwhite, you'll deal with him directly.

Someone put a recommendation a few weeks back on this site and I called. I own a number of properties and have dealt with a lot of mortgage brokers over the years. This guy was the most knowledgeable I have come across to date. I loved that he never once pushed me to "seal the deal" and in fact he encouraged me to wait -- and he was right, rates did come back down.

You can tell him Shane sent you!

. He worked on our behalf, and really wants you to get a good rate. And he allows you to 'float down' your rate once you lock-in, if the rates drop before you close. He's excellent - Integra Mortgage

Default This is the guy you want doing your mortgage

I made an offer to purchase on a Monday and owned the house at 4:00 pm that Friday afternoon. I've told people this and they are shocked, but it's true. The prior owner needed to close by then or would had to have made another months payment and the condition of my low offer was closing prior to 5:00 so they could get to their bank. My mortgage guy made it happen in four days with the help of an inspector that gave me an incredible "bible" on my house I still use whenever I need to figure out something. My mortgage broker saved me a lot of money too because the seller saved one entire payment they passed on to me in a lower price. The deal he got me was off the charts good too. The realtors and the lawyers were impressed to say the least. I can't recommend him enough!
