Capital's not too bad for a city area. Just don't want to see nice rural areas like Rolesville turn into a suburban sprawl zoo.

I once lived in a project in NYC. Capital is Heaven compared to NYC.

While CC is a horrible design, IMO, it still looks a whole lot better than CB. CB is loaded with butt ugly signage. Visually, CC is a lot more appealing than CB, but that isn't saying much at all. It's the traffic flow design that I have an issue with at CC.

Hello Carolinians. I'm very intersted in moving to the town of Roseville and would like to get as much information about the area as possible. I have read this thread and if I'm reading into the posts correctly, the town leaders of Roseville are moving towards development. I have just returned home to NJ after visiting a home in the Terrell Plantation subdivision. My realtor is very good and told me about the trailer park across the street from Terrell, has turned off a lot of buyers. My realtor also believes that the area is up and coming for development and would be a great commuter location. I'm willing to take a chance and relocate to the Raleigh area if I can get a great deal. Any honest opinions would be greatly appreciated, especially from anyone who happens to live in Terrell Plantation, or nearby there. I did notice the main street Terrell Plantation was on had a lot of trailer like homes on it, which could be a concern for market value, particularly if the area does not become developed and more modernized. Lastly, I'm intersted in any links to information about the leadership of Roseville, such as the Mayor etc, council members and so on. Thanks a bunch and I'll be looking for any information.
