Hello

I was wondering i don't have a car but I'm going to be attending Wake Tech in the fall.Does anyone know where i can find a place to rent ? home sharing or apartment. i looked on Cl but i can't seem to find anything. I don't know anyone that i can car-pool with.

There is a large apartment complex on 401 directly across the street from Wake Tech. You will not need a car, just walk across the street.

Where will you be commuting from? the reason I ask is that my son will probably be attending the same school and he will be driving, we live in West Cary.

There's also limited bussing offered to Wake Tech. When I worked there I had a coworker that took the bus. Also knew students that came from Cary that took those Blue Cary Transit bus/van things.

Wake Tech Main - Blue Cary Transit bus/van things is for seniors only and only drives in Cary - I'm not sure what part of Cary i live in i Live Near Davis Drive Middle School. Also I'll be going Full -time Only So about 5months

Someone else mentioned the apartments right across from the campus on 401 - that would be where I would look. Have you investigated those? Are they not in your price range? I see you live in Cary now - but your original question was about finding a place to rent, right? I don't know much about the apartments (prices, etc), but I'm sure they cater to Wake Tech students and I imagine they're pretty affordable, and I think the area's safe, etc. Maybe someone at Wake Tech could give you details?

I found the Apartments online there kinda overpriced but i only need the classes for 6months.
