I too am curious. You used a realtor to find a rental correct? Did something go wrong?
I'm not saying this is the case, but often when I hear people complain about a realtor's service on the RE forum here on city-data they are upset that the realtor they used would not talk about crime, schools, or some other demographic that the realtor can not really discuss. There is a lot of due dilligence required on the part of the buyer. This is a fact that is often overlooked.
If the realtor failed at something that was part of their job, well then that is another story.
