Good Real Estate Agents Clayton area (Angier, Benson: house, buying, live)

Does anyone have any suggestions for good real estate agents around the Clayton, NC area that also have low commission rates? I'm trying to sell my house and then upgrade to a bigger one...so I'm looking for agents that are experienced in both the buying and selling process. I'd also prefer someone who knows the Johnston county area real well, preferably Clayton. Our house that we're trying to sell is in Clayton, since we love the area so much we are also looking to buy our house in Clayton as well, but have also considered Angier (McGee's crossroads area) and Benson. So if anyone has any opinions on Angier or Benson, please let me know, as I am not too familiar with those places, but have lived in Clayton for a couple years now and love it.
