riverwood/flowers - any older subdivisions/planned communities in Clayton?
I am looking at Riverwood and Flowers to buy a 3 bedroom. I LOVE Riverwood! But I am wondering if there are other, older subdivisions that have pools and an athletic center with maybe a little more square footage?

Have you found Broadmoor? It is not very old. I am guessing 3-5 years and has several newer sections (broadmoor west) still under construction. We have looked out there several times because we like the proximity to schools and the fact that it does have a neighborhood pool, tennis court and maybe basketball court(?). I know there are 3 bedrooms b/c we are looking for 4 and loved some of the floorplans that had 3. It is off of Cleveland School Road. HTH.
