Default Kitts Creek

Drove by there today, had to drive hubby to work while his car was being serviced. Beautiful exteriors. So unique. Although I can't speak for the inside of the homes, there were a few things I didn't care for from the exterior. The homes are very close together and the streets are very narrow. The majority of them are "one ways" which didn't appeal to me but I am assuming that is due to them being so narrow. Also, looked like most of the houses were built on slabs rather than crawl space.

One the positive, VERY close to RTP
