Providence Glen in Chapel Hill, NC
Greetings,
There is an older post on Providence Glen (http://www.city-data.com/forum/raleigh-durham-chapel-hill-cary/73515-providence-glen-chapel-hill.html).
But I wanted to see if anyone living there could give me an idea what the average utility bill is there? As I understand, water is included and heat is electric. So there is only an electric bill. About how much is that per month on average? I'm looking at the 1300 sq ft units and the 1100 sq ft ones.
Also, any pros and cons to living here?
Thanks in advance!
